Switch Electronics are a specialist supplier of electronic and electromechanical components. Specialising in Switches, Relays, Cable, Connectors, Circuit Protection and Soldering Equipment. Our aim is to supply reliable parts you can depend on, whether it is a single part to repair an appliance or a high volume manufacturer requiring components for an assembled product.
2014 – Switch Electronics Was Born
It all started in 2014 after being frustrated by over-inflated prices and receiving poor customer service from other suppliers. The vision was simple; to supply quality electronic and electromechanical components at reasonable prices and provide the necessary customer service required when supplying these parts.
2017 - More Products. More Warehouses.
By 2017, the company expanded its product portfolio to over 5000 parts, expanding the range of Switches, Relays & Circuit Protection components. From initially supplying engineers and hobbyists, the company naturally progressed into supplying small business's.
The increasing demand also allowed us to move into our 3rd warehouse in 3 years. The new warehouse gave us a clear path to further expand our product portfolio and enter some new markets.
2021 - We Moved Again!
In 2021, our product portfolio had grown to over 15,000 parts and we were receiving up to 25,000 orders each month. The growth meant we moved to a new warehouse once again, giving us capacity for 25,000 parts and 100 pallets.
Meanwhile, we began partnerships with well known brands including Hammond, Wago, APEM, IDEC and many more. Our relationship with our suppliers gave us access to 100,000s of parts, allowing us to further serve our expanding customer base.
2025 - Focus On The Future
In 2025, we became ISO9001 accredited providing us with the process's and structure to better serve our business customers. We also strengthened our core product categories, now offering over 4000 different switches and significantly increasing our stock holding.
It wouldn't be a milestone without another warehouse! We opened a 2nd warehouse to cater for our growing need for pallet spaces, bringing our capacity to almost 400 pallets.

We ship the same working day for orders placed before 3pm GMT Monday to Friday. Next day delivery is standard for orders placed in the UK, and as fast as 2 days for other countries.
No, you can order as little as you wish. We also have no handling charges. The only charge is shipping for UK orders under £30, over this value it is free of charge.
Yes, we do ship internationally! We offer worldwide shipping which you can select at the checkout
