Delivery Information

All of our products are stocked in the UK and will be dispatched from our warehouse. Orders placed before 3pm GMT will be dispatched the same working day, however for larger orders an additional day may be required. Saturday and Sunday are not working days, so please bare this in mind for orders placed on the weekend and after 3pm on a Friday.

We post Worldwide and offer fully tracked services to most countries, for more details please visit the checkout for available options, prices and delivery times. If you have a preferred delivery option please contact us so we can help with your request. Please note some orders will be liable for import VAT and duty, it is the custmers responsibility to check these rates and to pay for these charges. Goods will be returned to us if these charges are unpaid.

Our standard UK postage is £2.99 and is sent by Royal Mail 24, delivery usually takes 1-3 working days for this service. We also offer free postage for orders over £25 for this service. Next Day Delivery with UK orders is available for £5.99 and is by DPD or Parcelforce. This excludes Northern Ireland and remote areas in Scotland which is a 2 day service. Next day delivery does not deliver on the weekend and is only during normal working days. 

I have not received my item?

If the delivery time has past please contact us here, occasionally items are delayed or lost in the post. It is likely the package is delayed however if the item has been lost we will rearrange a redelivery or another resolution depending on the buyers preference.


If you notice a problem with your order when it is received, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. We will replace any goods that are incorrect, damaged or faulty on receipt. If the original item needs to be returned we will arrange the collection and delivery, or reimburse the customer for costs incurred.

If you choose to return an order to us for any other reason please contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods. Good must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging to the address below. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and the customer is liable for this cost. We require all returns to include a note with their name and address to ensure we deal with the return as quickly as possible.

We do not offer exchanges, this is because many items are different prices which requires issuing invoices and refunds. The easiest way is to return the unwanted items for a refund and place a new order for the correct items.
